I am very pleased with the quality of these brackets !

Solid as hell. If you run a steel bumper and a winch — get this.

Put this recovery point reinforcement on my FJ Cruiser and damn, this thing is built right. Factory mounts are a joke, especially if you’ve got a heavy metal bumper and a winch up front. This bracket ties into the frame and gives you real strength — not that thin tin can Toyota gave us stock.

First off — shoutout for the packaging. Never thought I’d say that, but whoever packed this thing actually gave a damn. Everything wrapped tight, no rattling metal in the box. Respect.

Welds? Clean and beefy. Fitment? Spot on. Bolted up like it was made for my rig (well, it was). Even pulled my bent factory mount back into place. After that, bumper sat nice and straight, no more floppy front end.

And here’s the real test: I hooked my FJ to my semi truck with the winch. Tires aired down, full weight drag on asphalt. Winch was crying, but the mount didn’t flinch. No bending, no cracking, no sketchy flex. Just held solid like a champ.

If you’re wheeling with a heavy bumper or plan on winching anything bigger than a lawnmower — you need this bracket. Zero regrets. Money well spent.

P.S. If I ever manage to rip it off — I’ll write another review. But I doubt it.

This recovery point/bracket attaches very well to my GX470 under the frame behind the horns, on the horn itself, and onto the factory bumper plate with 7 bolts. Best in market with regards to attaching to the GX470.

Also, it attaches to other aftermarket bumpers at the 3 factory bolt locations. This allowed me to reinforce my Restless Offroad front bumper, so I can feel safe doing winch recoveries and kinetic rope recoveries using a bridle rope.

Overall, a great bracket and recovery point that reinforces the factory horns to my aftermarket bumper for peace of mind when winching and doing recoveries.
